collaboration

Collaboration? There are many benefits of collaboration as well as disadvantages. The benefits of collaboration is that you are working with people as a team or group to get the work done for a class, project, etc. It helps you get more involved with people, it establishes better communication, you learn better of what is being taught and if you don’t understand something you have your group to help you. The disadvantages of collaboration are that maybe you can’t work well with your group, meaning they might not be interested in getting the work done, or they might be talking about something else and not focusing on the subject.

  1. That's true work does get done and on time. That happens all the time where a person will talk the whole time or won't talk at all.

  2. Sometimes people tend to over talk instead of doing actual work. Augg right well it's not always like that though.

  3. I know that happens a lot when a group member gets involved with chatting or engaged with something instead of working and participating with the group in finishing the project.
